1. Are open-box range hoods brand new?

Open-box products may have previously opened packaging or minor signs of handling. Some products may also be customer returns. Please review the individual product description and photos for the exact condition of each unit.

2. Are your range hoods inspected and tested?

We aim to provide clear product condition and inspection information for every listing. Please check each product page for the specific inspection and functional testing details of that unit.

3. Will my range hood have scratches or dents?

Not necessarily. Not every range hood will have scratches, dents, or cosmetic imperfections. The actual condition varies from one unit to another.

We simply want to inform customers in advance about the most common types of cosmetic imperfections that may occur with open-box and returned products. This way, you can make an informed purchasing decision.

4. Are all accessories and parts included?

In most cases, our range hoods come with their basic accessories and components.

Although it is very rare, an individual unit may occasionally be missing a particular accessory or small component. We mention this possibility in advance so customers understand the potential worst-case scenario.

If any known accessories or parts are missing from a specific unit, we will disclose this in the product listing. Please review the listing carefully before purchasing.

5. How do I choose the correct range hood size?

Our range hood sizes are classified by width, such as 30 inches and 36 inches.

However, choosing the right range hood involves more than just its width. You should also consider your kitchen layout and the available installation space, including width, depth, and height.

If you are unsure which model will fit your kitchen, please contact us before placing your order. We will be happy to help you review the product dimensions.

6. Can I use a range hood without an outside duct?

Some models support ductless or recirculating installation, while others require external ducting.

Please check the specifications of the individual model before purchasing. Carbon filters may be sold separately, depending on the model.

7. Can I return or exchange an open-box product?

All open-box and returned range hoods are offered at significantly discounted prices, and our products may have minor cosmetic imperfections.

For this reason, all sales are final. We do not accept returns or exchanges for these products, including purchases where customers later notice minor cosmetic imperfections.

The only exception is if the range hood arrives completely nonfunctional and cannot be used. In that situation, please contact our support team promptly so we can review the issue.

We strongly recommend reviewing all product photos, condition descriptions, and specifications before placing your order.

8. How long does shipping take?

Most orders are delivered within approximately 3–5 business days.

Delivery times may vary depending on the shipping destination and carrier conditions.

9. Does every product include a warranty?

Our open-box and returned range hoods are sold without a warranty.

Please carefully review the product description and condition information before purchasing.

This policy does not exclude any consumer rights that cannot legally be waived under applicable law.

• 5 units or fewer: We recommend placing your order directly through our website.

• 10 units or more: Please contact us at support@iamsii.com to inquire about special bulk pricing.

• Bulk pickup orders: Customers arranging bulk orders with local pickup may also qualify for additional discounts.
